Honua bracelet care
Each Honua bracelet is crafted with love and care to accompany you through your everyday moments for a long time. With just a little care, it will retain its shine and beauty throughout the years.
✨ After swimming in the sea or a pool, we recommend rinsing your bracelet with fresh water and gently drying it with a soft cloth.
✨ To preserve its appearance, avoid direct and prolonged contact with perfumes, creams, hairsprays, other cosmetic products, or harsh chemicals.
✨ When not in use, store it in a dry place, separate from other jewelry, and inside the accompanying Honua soft fabric pouch you received with your bracelet to prevent scratches on the gemstones.
✨ If needed, stainless steel components can be gently cleaned with a soft cloth. If surface smudges appear over time, they can be easily removed using a mild paste made of baking soda and water.
✨ Gemstone beads are best cleaned with a soft, slightly damp cloth without using any harsh cleaning agents.

Box Now Parcel Lockers (2–5 business days)
Select your preferred parcel locker from the map displayed at checkout. If no location is selected, your package will automatically be sent to the nearest available parcel locker based on your address. You will receive a notification and collection PIN via email or SMS once your parcel is ready for pickup.
Home Delivery (5–14 business days)
Orders are shipped via HP, GLS, DPD, or Overseas Express, depending on availability.
Within the European Union
Home Delivery (7–21 days)
Available for residential addresses within the EU. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and the courier service.

Returns & Claims Policy
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
Please note that personalized products made according to the customer's specific requests are not eligible for return, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
