Can I order a bracelet with a custom combination of gemstones of my choice?
Yes! We also create custom bracelets tailored to your preferences.
Simply go to "Make Your Own" page and fill the contact form. Please include your desired gemstones from our collection, the preferred bead arrangement, and the bead size you would like. Before submitting your request, you can check the availability of individual gemstones through our webshop.
For custom orders, you will receive an invoice via email. Once you complete the payment easily through our secure online payment system, we will immediately begin crafting your unique bracelet!
What is the size of the bracelet?
All of our bracelets are crafted in a universal size with an adjustable extension chain, designed to fit a variety of wrist sizes comfortably and elegantly. Depending on your wrist circumference, the extension chain may hang slightly more or less, which is an intentional part of the bracelet's design.
However, if you would prefer a shorter or longer bracelet, or if you are unsure whether the universal size will fit you comfortably, please include your wrist measurement or desired bracelet length in the order notes when placing your order.
We will be happy to customize it to ensure the perfect fit for you.
Can I wear my bracelet in water or at the beach?
Yes, our bracelets can come into contact with both fresh water and seawater. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals such as cleaning agents, chlorine, perfumes, and similar products, as they may affect the shine and finish of the gemstone pearls and metal components over time.
After exposure to water, simply rinse your bracelet with fresh water and gently dry it with a soft cloth to help maintain its beauty and longevity.
What is the production and delivery time?
The production time for a bracelet is 1 to 3 business days, depending on the current order volume.
Once your bracelet has been handcrafted and prepared for shipment, delivery typically takes 1 to 3 business days, depending on the courier service, delivery location, and any weekends, public holidays, or other non-working days.

Returns & Claims
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition.
Please note that personalized products made according to the customer's specific requests are not eligible for return, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. In such cases, we will correct or replace the product as appropriate.
