Delivery within Croatia
Box Now Parcel Lockers:
If you choose delivery via Box Now parcel lockers, we will automatically select the nearest available locker based on your address. If you prefer delivery to a different locker, please leave a note during checkout. Once your package is ready for collection, you will receive a notification along with a PIN via email and/or SMS. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays.
Home Delivery:
If you select home delivery, your package may be shipped via Hrvatska pošta, GLS, DPD, or Overseas Express. Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, depending on availability and the carrier. We are not responsible for any delivery delays.
Delivery within the EU
Delivery is available to the customer’s home address. Estimated delivery time is 7–21 days, depending on the destination country and carrier availability.
